From 0 to 1 - we designed a full BNPL application with a prepaid purchasing card and advanced features. From market research and benchmarking to prototyping and testing. My key challenge was how to simplify the legal process of the Shareea Compliant financing service.

Financing services and apps are legally intensive however the digitization of these services is meant to facilitate customer access. I stared researching existing market solutions and target user pain points from these solutions. I then collaborated with the client to brainstorm the simplest user flows and promote their unique features.

After prototyping I conducted task-based user tests to validate our hypotheses and flows. Then I followed with iterations of refinements to complete streamline the process.

This regional leader had a purely analogue operation flow from receiving customer orders to warehouse fulfillment and delivery tracking. My team was tasked to digitize this operation process. We started with an on ground ethnographic study and designed a suite of apps and a dashboard to help track orders to fulfillment.

I mapped out the full operation flow in a service blueprint then brainstormed with the team key areas of opportunity as well as operational considerations that our client had to take.

Considering these areas of opportunity along with the delivery agents’ user journey, I wireframed and prototyped an order processing and tracking app as well as the accompanying dashboard to simplify the delivery flow. `
